in this picture yes it sound bearish divergence , but it does not mean you open any position only according to bearish or bullish divergence it is better you use other indicators for confirmation too , in this picture bearish divergence and candle stick pattern both show us bearish situation , you can check three candle past your starting divergence line and in your ending divergence line you can see same candle with a littler higher shadow , if I do not make mistake this candle name is shooting star candle stick
