High leverage , high risk?

If the leverage is higher the risk involved is also higher but using high leverage also includes higher profits, which is why professional and experienced traders prefer trading with average leverage or higher leverage.

Leverage is considered to be high risk because it magnifies the potential profit or loss that a trade can make. It totally depends on how you use it.

If you are a beginner then I will not suggest you to go for a higher leverage since you won’t be able to manage that much risk at an early stage but later on when you have better understanding then you can take that risk in order to increase your profits

Low leverage is best for traders according to me. If high leverage can amplify your gains, it can also amplify your losses so use it wisely.

I won’t recommend new traders to trade with a higher account leverage since it involves risk so in the beginning they should restrict themselves to a lower leverage

Trading with high leverage is risky but also an advantage. A trader can invest low and trade high using higher leverage, and the amount of profit is doubled based on the leverage used.
