In the MT4 platform can the price on a horizontal line be moved to the left hand side of the chart?
Hmmm. 
I don’t think you can move the values, but I’ve tried removing them altogether even if I have running trades via the settings. 
As long as there’s no such setting in ‘Properties’, I’m pretty sure you can’t achieve this without some custom code.
