Just visit hotforex website and follow the guide to open an account. It’s really easy, but if you need more help from an IB, please google. 
As per my knowledge hotforex dont have office in India but there are many Hotforex IBS.

Sorry to say you that I don’t have idea about Ibs in Tamil Nadu, but you can Google it or you can ask to customer support about it.

I use Rebate Army as my IB and HotForex as my broker, this works very well for me as it doesn’t matter where in the world you live and you receive a rebate every time you trade
