The legal and registration requirements vary [B]hugely[/B] from country to country. It isn’t going to be easy for anyone to advise you, without knowing which country you’re asking about.
I think the main three things you’re going to need are …
(i) Familiarity with the regulatory, administrative and licensing requirements applicable to your situation
(ii) The requisite capital to comply with the minimum funding rules for licensing (which also varies enormously)
(iii) Plenty of legal advice, [I]right from the start[/I], from a specialist financial/regulatory law-firm familar with and experienced in all the procedures involved (I may be completely wrong but my guess is that that alone is likely to come to “high five figures” even before applying for licensing)
(I think it’s fairly unlikely that a beginners’ trading forum will be a very fruitful source, for you: you might do better in some kind of financial/brokerage/international business forum? Just my impression.)
