Please how can I start either a demo or live trade.

I think no one would be able to provide you the answer except yourself.
Some of the questions you can ask yourself whether so start demo or live:
- How long you have been learning to trade?
- Do you have a solid understanding how the market works?
- Do you have a strategy that works for you?
- Do you now have what it takes to go live?
