  1. Wait until the price crosses the Trend Line.
  2. A higher low should develop soon. (this tells you the sellers have exhausted themselves)
  3. The market is expected to turn higher if the price breaches the swing high. (the buyers are now in control)

Working out when to take profits is a tough problem in trading. Getting out late or early means missing out on some profits which you cannot win back. But not if you’re following a trend. Every candle in a trend is an entry opportunity.

I think it’s better to place an order in advance and exit your position once the trend line is breached. This way, you can automatically capture profits at a predetermined level without the need to monitor the market constantly or risk being late to execute your order.
