What is the best source (paid or free) for tick data? is tickstory a good quality source?

Tickstory gets its data from dukascopy and thats pretty damn good. And its free. Doesnt get better than that
Can you use ATR or RSI with tickstory data on ninja trader? Would you happen to know?
