I want to get expert opinion on this. Is this the work of EA or manual trade?

I am not an expert yet. I have been studying Forex for 5 months. I have gone past demo trading. I have tried copy trading social thing, but never worked. I lost $200.

Since then, I could not bring myself to trade on a live account until I saw my cousin’s live account balance and trade history. It was amazing how he is making so much money when he barely started learning Forex few months ago.

Turns out he wasn’t the brain behind the trades. He introduced me to this guy and I contacted him. He asked me how I found him. He wanted to know how much I have to trade and that he does not work with small deposits. Well, as long as I don’t have to send him money, I was okay with it.

I funded my account and gave him investors password. But then he sent me some files and asked me to install on my platform. I contacted technical support with my broker and it was installed for me.

That day, nothing happened. The next day, I saw orders being opened from left to right. my fingers crossed. I think some of trades lasted till the next day. Within 24 hours trades closed at profit except two. It was amazing. $107 dollars in profit. Damn! Here Did he do it manually? or was it the thing I installed? I have no idea. He would not tell me, just said it’s an EA.

After that day I waited for more trades to open but nothing. two days later I wrote to him and he told me is unable to execute trade on my account because it is being blocked by the broker. He Recommended I switch to another broker and also I should increase my capital if I really want to make money.

So I withdrew my money and switched to another broker. Withdraw came through three days ago. I verified with another broker and put in more money. then he sent me the files again and it was installed.

Yesterday, trades started opening again. This time, profit was $1029. Just like that. See the screenshot.

Again, was this really done by the robot or they did manual trade. Are there really EA that gives profit like this?

They asked for 30% of the profit by the end of the month in order to continue using their services. I must agree to the deal before they can place further trades on my account.

Has anyone ever used services like this? Does it last? Looks too good to be true. I need expert opinion.

They do have a website, but I got direct contact. Not posting any links. That’s not the point here. You can send me a private message if it’s important to ypu. But, What do you make of such services? Any experiences?

OMG. :open_mouth: These are really amazing results! :open_mouth: It’s probably an EA but a lot would say it looks too good to be true though. :open_mouth: I wonder what he gains from sharing this with other people. :thinking: Have you asked him about it?

Well, the agreement would be 30% of profit made on my account. So by the end of every month, I am required to place a withdrawal with my broker and pay them 30% of profit made by them on my account. He also gave me the option of internal transfer of the said 30% since they also have an account with my broker.

Very good results, I also have to learn the strategy to make such a good profit in one day.

That’s great instead, but you have to have a trader whom profit making is more than the losses. That’s my advice

Does not come for free. 30% profit split is the deal. I’ll have to see how much I can make with this one till end of the month.

Hmm… welcome. Every time I see words like “not the point” or “we can talk privately” I smell a rat. Either you are naive and the real sting has not yet happened to you, or you are party to the scam. I just don’t like other members wasting their time dreaming when they are being sold a pup.

What possible reason could you have for not posting the origin of your new found wealth?

Ok. Thank you for your input. I am really not sure what to say here cause you’ve got me confused. I have seen some posts of good trading results here tho. Now I feel am just going to wake up one morning and my account would be zero, but how would that benefit them? :roll_eyes:

If you are ahead right now, just withdraw the amount of money that you had put in in total since the start, and let the specialists continue to invest the rest of your money (which was profit only from past activity). In this way, if you were to suddenly find they have lost everything, you have actually lost nothing. If there is resistance to you withdrawing only what you invested, then be careful. I think they have not finished with you yet. No matter how much you think you would limit your money at risk, these people have ways of convincing you to put in more capital that you cannot imagine - until they run off with your money. Consider one thing. What if they assessed you as a potential “$10,000 prospect” based on social engineering research. And let’s say they have five other people who were only willing to put in $200 each. So they go and tell all those other 5 people "we are sorry, it did not work out and we lost all your money. Would you like to try again? Meantime, they have put 5 x $200 in your account, in the expectation you will go with it (remember, greed and fear are the only two motivating factors in psychology) and your greed with out-talk your fear. I refer to them as the two parrots sat on my shoulders with one saying “be careful, this looks too good to be true” and the other parrot saying “go on, you know you want to!”. Which parrot is going to win your affections? Now you agree to put $5K and they say you made a little more like $1K and they take 30% back. And ask you to put $10K. You agree, then suddenly your account moves to zero in one day, and they close your account.

This stinks of scammer. New account and the first post is how I made xxxxxx in just one day doing nothing…Private message me because I dont want to get banned.

It is pretty convincing but the overall picture just screams stay away especially the private messaging part.

It is very similar to luring naive traders into some kind of scam. Usually, when they make money, they are silent about it, and do not write on the forums. There is a rule: money loves silence.

First of all I don’t have a link, it was a direct contact. Anyway, it’s a shame every trader is expected to lose. I created this thread for a reason, and the big guy here has answered my question. If no one is expected to have good results from trading, then why be on this forum in the first place.
