I think main problem is emotion like fear, greed. We do not encounter those in demo account.
Fundamentals of concern, e.g. affecting critical economic and political situations, do have an effect on the market sentiment, usually short-term in most cases. But most of the time you just have to accept what the market throws at you. Scalping on a low TF could be profitable.
