I agree that you must be able to fail. But in this business failing on the job is very dangerous. It sets off a whole litany of problems, most of which come from revenge trading.

The amount you have lost as you ‘learn on the job’ is forever etched in the minds of a trader.

This is one of the reasons why so many ultimately fail.

You have to be able to fail, but failing in trading leads to further failure.

This is the dilemma for many traders.
