How to get data/price feeds for free for Metastock? from any way or any trading application that give out data feeds to Metastock?

Anyone knows how can I get free data/price feeds for Metastock application? I heard that is possible and some guys done this before, but Iā€™m newbie and not familiar. Any idea?
