I am experimenting with the “chikou span” and i was wondering if there was a way to have it run at the same “speed” (as in; not 26 periods behind) and to have it separate from the price movement on the chart.
I tried a 1 period moving average and its not giving me exactly what i want. because it makes the price action at a little too murky for me, instead if its running at the same “speed” however further away from the price action I can read both at the same time.
the aim is to add a line graph to the chart i’m looking at but far enough from the price so that i can see it clearly (hence the experimentation wit the chikou span)
i use mt4 so any suggestion of possibly even a different indicator that can give me what i’m looking for would be ideal.
