How to limit the length of a horizontal lines in mt4?

I’ve had the same question and im not sure its possible, but you can always just use a trendline and deselect the “ray” option

You can’t. What I do is use the rectangle tool and draw them thin. You an try that.

I find this the the easiest way…it’s like a freehand tool to draw straight lines from point A to point B whether diagonal or horizontal.

The ray option is present in some other tools too including fib lines
