How to login FxPro demo account?

Okay I already created a demo account on FxPro.
They sent me the ID and the password for demo practice.
I also downloaded the Ctrader Platform.

Now the problem is the login says it needs email and password.

I tried entering the ID and password FxPro sent me and it won’t allow me.
Can someone pleasee shed some light here on how to properly login into Ctrader using a demo account in FxPro?

It’s better to chat with their customer service. Some broker need login to your personal account and create a demo account from dashboard.

I think you also need to set up a ctrader account and login with that and then it links. I think that is what i had to do

I already solved this.
There support assisted me and I can now login in demo account.
