Is someone using MACD with Signal and Trigger lines? How do you add these two lines in the MACD window? Also, I saw some charts with Negative and Positive divergences drawn on the Main Chart and the MACD window.
Do we draw them or is there any indicator/EA which has already set up to draw these lines?
