How can we make sure our EA will still running on the particular account even we change to other account or close our computer.

it will not run if you shut down the computer or MT4. If you change accounts and have set MT4 to keep the EA active in the event of a change in accounts or profiles it will stay on, however it will now be running on the account you have switched to. If you want to run a an EA 24hrs a day leave your computer on, MT4 on, and dont change accounts. You can run more then one instance of mt4 on a single computer both can be logged into the same account if you want. This is a remote virtual computer that is on 24/7 you can run your EA from a computer with a redundant fortified power source and a very stable internet connection.
