So icmarkets has gotten servers in cyprus but it does not matter, it is Not UTC +2 DST yes.

They attach to NY times eg EST+07. DST YES.

So the question is how to set up est+07 on windows os?

Windows has UTCs only

They mislead. Time was always est +7, never anything close to gmt +2 +3
