How to open an Asian FX account

Hi guys,

I would like to open an FX account in Asia (Singapore, HK or any Asian country). I am resident in Europe, and i dont have Singaporian or HK ID number.

I have talked to IG and Pepperstone, and they told me to open an account under UK jurisdiction. But i dont not want an account under UK jurisdiction.

My question is, can i still open an Asian FX account if i dont have a Singaporian or HK ID?

I have talked to IG and Pepperstone and both require ID number. Do you have any idea if it is the same for other Asian countries like Indonesia/Malaysia/Vietnam?
