Hello am new to forex but is unfortunate that I have already started real account. My question is this, how do I setup MT5 moving average for 15min.

Maybe you can still create a demo account with a different broker so you can also gain more trading knowledge before using your live account? 
Just an idea. But as for the MT5 moving average, I think this video is a useful guide.
