How to trade LTF when using HTF for structure

hi everyone, im having some trouble when trading external vs internal. For instance, i may mark my market structure SMC points such as BOS and potential CHoCH’s on Daily/4hr (downtrend), however, when it comes to trading on a 15min when using that structure, i find it quite hard to get an entry in and when i do it usually leads to sl being taken out.

if i were to trade on a HTF such as 1hr 4hr it would take too long and by the time i see the opportunity i want to take it would have been a week ect for all the structure to form

I’ve been in the same boat. It is tough balancing higher timeframe structure with lower timeframe trades. What has helped me was simplifying things. Instead of marking every BOS or CHoCH, I focused on the major points, like demand zones. Then it makes the way easier to spot clean setups! Give that a shot - it might help make your process smoother
