Actually when I tried to post External link in reply System says that I can’t post External link as a new member.
So my question is when I can do than?
Because sometimes it’s necessary to post External link.
Simple… add value to the community to increase your trust level.
It’s a smart move by the moderators otherwise this place would become a scamming/spamming ground full of telegram links for free signals like majority of facebook groups.
While you are new - explain your answers without a link it is rather easy.

It’s not necessary. You’re a new member so no need to post external links. If you’re trying to scam, you’re going to get caught out fast.
