Scalping is not a good approach for newbie. As market moves 24 hr, newbies tend to sit before the chart all day long and do overtrading. Scalping can be good if you can make yourself well disciplined.

In my personal learning (lots of books and videos), I understood that scalping was not the most obvious solution for a beginner it’s just the concept that attracts me. For the moment I am focusing on the use of ichimoku more on swingtrading and daytrading. My goal is to master a demo strategy and apply it in real with 1percent of gain / day we will see if it works with discipline

Testing strategy is good. Just do not get obsessed with 1 percentage gain/day. Market doesn’t behave everyday in a same. Rather I would suggest to trade only if you get good trade set up.
