thank u bombmaniac,
but when i read the reviews of oanda and fxcm, are horrible. i get nightmare. may i know which broker you or your friends are using?
I use FXSOL and happy with them. I have also used GFT and they are good to. Most on here use Oanda and I see a lot on here also use FXCM. Thats why I listed them. Be careful what you read on the reviews. There mostly from a trader that could not make it in this game and they blame everyone else but themselves. Brokers get a lot of bad reviews from that or people just pissed off they lost money. It happens and it is not your brokers fault. The ones stated above are reputable brokers and regulated. They are not out to rob you. They are going to get paid regardless. Talk to Jason Rogers in the broker aid section. He is a rep for FXCM and will help you out. Oanda is great to as they require little to start. I use FXSOL because they have fixed spreads and it never changes even during major news events. I pay a little higher spread than most but I feel the little extra is worth it.
I have 4 accounts with different brokers they all have pros and cons my my rating is for number 1 spot is Dukascopy second is Alpari ECN MT5 account. hope this helps.
I have been trading for a while now and noticed that ActivTrades has just lowered its spread on to 0.9 for the most common currency paris. I have been trading with this broker for a while and so far it looks like they are giving a good service. Does anyone else has any experiance with ActivTrades?
Many of them. Takes about a week from the time I put in the request for withdraw till I see a check in the mail. and since I have fixed spraeds I dont have to deal with slippage.
Slippage is going to occur on any broker, but you can substancially limit it by placing market range orders and not trading aroud news. Withdrawals are free with most brokers if done to a debit/credit card, but you can check that on their “Chat with us” function. There you can ask your selected few any questions you might have. Lastly I suggest also using some demo, yourself. This will help you in narrowing down the list.
But, generally I (who am I anyway :D) believe the bigger brokers are “safer” investments.
thats is correct! big and regulated as well!!
but then they charge you with the commission per lot traded…:17:
so, we are left to look for better trading conditions right?
