Hello, I came across this EA known as FX-Seer MT4 Expert Advisors. I don’t want to spend the whole amount to buy it, I believe someone here can program it for me at a cheaper price. FX-Seer – is the innovation on the market of automatic trading systems and provides free forex signal. Advisor’s strategy is based on separation of trading day into 15 trading periods, for each of them the best possible settings are selected. Trading is solely presented on EURUSD pair. Minimal deposit amounts to 600 Usd (for 0.01 lot). Advisor is extremely simple in adjustment and installation: it only has 4 parameters and each one has an intuitive intended purpose

So, re-engineer an EA and adjust it with different strategies for 15 time periods in a day and provides signals and you expect a working and tested result for less $200? I am optimistic by nature so I hope that you find someone, but I also want to give you the advice to up your price if you want someone to work on it that knows his trade. You will be reliable for the product.
In the Netherlands we have a saying: Goedkoop is geen duurkoop. Figuraly translated it means: you get what you pay for.
Het is toch goedkoop is duurkoop…
I think anyway that there is no information how this expert is working and this is just a way to get people to buy this product
