Me too brother. I used to get overwhelmed by the tons of information available everywhere, but i am now filtering out the noise and need to focus on higher timeframes to avoid adrenaline rushes on lower time frames for every spike in volatility.
Halfway to graduate on pipsiology, which is critical for your literacy on the charts.
Do not get disappointed when your account gets blown, and lose interest all of a sudden. If you get too greedy and get burned please do not crush yourself. You need learn to manage yourself as part of the long journey ahead and develop your own system.
Read endlessly and blow your demo account only.
Here’s what’s helped me with Forex: start by practicing on a demo account so you don’t risk real money right away. Learn to read charts and use tools like RSI to get a better feel for the market. Always set stop-losses to keep yourself safe, and keep an eye on global news because that stuff moves prices. Do be patient, stick to your plan, and never trade more than you’re cool losing. And please, don’t chase your losses or let your emotions take over that just messes things up.
