Just wanted to check about IC markets. I was looking for broker and emailed this one with a few questions. Got an automated reply after a few minutes - giving me a ticket number and message saying that response will be done in a reasonable period.
Next day got a reply from a support guy with same info - ticket number and message.
It has been 2 weeks plus now. No response. Not sure what “reasonable period” means to them…
Anyone has any experience with them ? Any comments on this broker - could you please share ?
Strange, I normally get reply within same day or next day after I send my email. But on any urgent matter I prefer contacting them by live chat. Their support guys are nice and helpful
