The MT4 platform paints candles based on the bid price, while the java platform paints candles based on the median price between the bid and the ask.
No. Everything is in Bid price. Look at the line showing on the chart pointing again
Look at the MT4 15M chart. You got the correct high for that candle. But when you use the 30M and 1H chart, you got the wrong high bid value. Those image proved it.
