Ikon Forex – Shanghai major gold future contract which was due in December 2010 was closed high on Thursday (August 19) in the gold forex market, and it was closed 1.11 yuan higher at 268.98 yuan per gram, the surging amount was 0.41 percent, and the forex trading volume was 13192 hands, compared with the previous forex trading day at 14844 hands, the forex trading volume reduced by 428 million yuan; until the end of the forex market, the gold holding amount was 54500 hands, compared with the previous forex trading day at 55066 hands, it reduced by 566 hands in this forex trading day in the forex market.
