Tbh, I’m not really sure what to feel about this. 
With all the corruption being exposed recently, I’m thinking this could just be another way for politicians and people in power to pocket hard earned taxpayers’ money. 
I understand there could be benefits to this too though. 
Good and honest governance is a must to make this happen the right way, I think.
