In EA Builder how do I set a condition

I want to take a trade when it crosses the ‘Moving Average’ but only if the ‘Commodity Channel Index’ went below 200 (User input) in the last hour (User input)

  1. Step 1, CCI went below 200 (In the last hour, for example)
  2. Step 2 take the trade on the MA

Can anyone help me…

I have tried the Shift signal on the CCI and telling it where to start with no luck.
