Incorporate offshore?

I’ve been out of the game for a little bit finally back on my feet and nearly debt free. Looking to get back into it but I keep running into headaches with recently passed US rules, including the lack of familiar brokers. I’m also thinking that given my time constraints I’m better off using mql trade signals, or at least partially. Only Oanda does that with MT4 (that I have found so far for US citizens) but I’m not so sure for how long. I’m wondering if anybody has incorporated offshore for trading and if so what information I may want to be aware of.

I’m not trying to dodge taxes or anything, just the nanny-state restrictions that are ‘for my own good’

From what I can understand its going to add a bit of complications at tax time, but other then that shouldn’t be too big of an issue. Thanks for any input you may have!

Question…

How much do you have to trade?

Do you know the cost of off shoring your company?

Have you also checked with your broker if they will open account for an unregulated trading company?

I think you have a lot of questions to answer…I think if you have substantial capital then you should consider moving out of the US perhaps Philippines, etc. Unfortunately we don’t know enough about you to advice anything.

Sorry…
