I know each forum has an RSS feed. What about RSS feeds for individual members? Based on what I know of CMS set-ups, I’m guessing they should be available as well. If so, what would the RSS feed URL be for say all of my posts?

That feature is not available and would require some custom programming to get working. It’s not on our development plan, unfortunately.
