Inner Circle Trader's Pro Traders Club 2012 - 2013 Series

I have 2 indicators one Kar one Zap.
Sometimes i draw the pattern by hand, but having indicators for it is very useful has 1 they alert you if a pattern is present2 give you rough entry point 3 train your eye to spot them easier. I use them primeraly as confirmation .
They work very well with MS and FIB OTE as well as reflection

Long on Cable… OTE daily and OTE 4HR. Anyone?

Super P glad your back, always like your input and ideas. How about you share with us how you bagged the 200 pips
that would be more helpful then coming in and lashing everyone with the best tools to use.

Just a thought !

Market order vs limit order.

I learned a good lesson today - posting it so it will get logged into my brain.

I’m studying the charts - I have a trade premise in mind - the price action starts to play out like I had seen in my mind so I reach for the trigger and press.

ICT teaches ‘let the market come to you’, I entered short at the market with a 15pip stop - 35pip TP - good r/r you might think.

My SL came to within 1 pip of getting hit (so I was just lucky) - so my lack of patience would have meant that I was right and yet lost, if I had set a limit order back say -10 pips - my SL would have been absolutely safe and I would have got an extra 10 pips to boot.

Lesson learned.

Long Fiber @ 1.3315, OTE, NYO, 15pip SL.

I see the Cable did something similar, giving a nice OTE on the 5M/15M for entry around 1.6040/45

Half off so far, but Im not expecting much from this trade. The move for me today was that short around 1.3380.

thank you mate. i have the 6.7.13 and was wondering why it didn’t pick up the pattern on your chart… i can now complement with zup and compare the works. appreciate your help!

Not a problem, although the pattern in last chart was drawn manually by hand. Also the reason i use 2 sometimes one picks up a pattern and the other does not, so they work hand in hand

Stopped out.

Same here, at least we bagged some decent pips today.
I still do think it will go all the way down to 1.3280…
Will have to control myself and stay out of it and just watch and see if it will go there.

GLGT

You echoed my sentiments perfectly. Thank you!!!

Yah probably it will, but the amount of times i stayed and prayed or held and hoped for it to give me more it just kept reversing on me. 70 pips for the day is very good. Just need to keep on trading this kind of setups and things should work out well!

Gone short now. Market structure broke downwards on the hourly will try to ride price downwards on the potential 4H move this week. Going to leave it open for the week and see where it goes.

Johnny were are you pulling your fib from to get the Fiber OTE long at 1.3315…I do not see it.

thanks

Looking to get in sync with 4H 4-5 wave using ICT concepts lower time frame.

Take a look at the 5M or 15M (5M is easier to see it).

The low formed during NYO @ 12:45 GMT to the high that formed @ 13:20 before it retraced into the sweet spot. Notice that high just peaked slightly above the other high at 12:20. This is what got me interested in this move. With TP2 being around 1.3355 (the area of consolidation). 50% @ 30 pips, the rest at 1.3355. I think I should have kept some on, or took the Cable trade, its not slowing down at the minute

my trade today, gbp-jpy H1,
entry at confluence of 62% ote, prior H4/H1 resistance turned support, and H1 divergence
tp at 40, 60 and 90 pips

Yep, got in @ NYO when the price bounced off Thursdays Asian High & Yesterdays NY Open Just got out with 50 pips, totaling 95 for the day.
Thank You Michael, it’s been a great week!

same entry with harmonic

Hi IbePippin…I took a look at the 2 indis…how long have you traded them.I understand they are for confirmations only but it seems pretty fundamental as it uses fibonacci ratios for signals…Just kind of amazed how well they show entries…actually it is simply taking swing points and fib levels…

meh its easy
