Both Fiber and Cable have failed to hit, by a couple of pips, 13580 and 15800 respectively
This suggest to me that some large entity does not want these pair to go higher and a significant spike down more than possible.
Everything is possible, if i were to go short then just for a scalp, nothing more.

I had a limit sell at 3550 this past couple of days - thatās the downside of limits - you have to babysit them, some say āset and forgetā but it doesānt work out like that in the real world.
When I saw the head of steam price had on break out this morning I immediately cancelled the order.
So I missed out on a lot of pips by exiting at 3440, but more important to me - I preserved capital by sticking to my plan.
Still bearish (Iām kinda obstinate).
Thinking of now including cable in my trading - I really like the way it is following ICTās teachings on MS breaks etc.
I would encourage you to add cableā¦ It gives you more options when you are trading the two pairs. You are already analyzing it for your fiber trades anyway. Here is an example in how it is nice. I was looking to go long on the fiber during LO. It didnāt give any good pull back or Judas. Cable did though. I am long from 1.5747. Not the most perfect entry but good enough. 
USDX is reaching for those old lowsā¦ Hoping for it to breach them.
Yeah thats what I.m liking about cable - following more structure, always intended to include it - you guys have me convinced.
BTW hands up all those that have just jumped in - Iām still bearish
