Instaforex mistake or I am not getting it

Hi,

When i ask instaforex , if my trading position is already running and i want to open another position, what is the minimum margin level required to open another position
They provide me forex calculator to calculate margin, i told him i am talking about margin level not margin, margin level is "equity/margin multiply by 100 = margin level"
They provide me another link where following info is written

margin call 30%
stop out 10%
margin for lock 25%

Now here the question rise, how can someone open another position on 25% when he is already below than margin call 30%.
