Interest Rates: Where is a free list of intereset rates/swap rates?

The objective is to get a list of interest for the majors (at least).
The end game is to calculate profit from the carry trade/swap, but getting a breakout of the interest rates is proving harder than I thought.

Where can someone find a list of the swap rates/interest rates by country, which is current?

World Interest Rates Table

Those are official rates. They are not market rates, which are the ones used by brokers to determine carry interest, though they do give one an idea of the interest rate spreads.
