Welcome to the community. Keep learning. It takes time to get skills. As you are software engineer you know it very well that coding skills does not develop overnight. Same for trading skills. Need enough dedication and quest for learning the market.

learning is important , i do believe but honestly speaking any kind of learning approach can be useless if there is no regular level of practice.

when it is time to learn of course you have to trade in a demo , its the master place to become knowledgeable , but i have seen traders generally dont believe the importance of demo account.

Did you find anything good as of now? If not, you’ll soon find one. Don’t forget to set your daily goals and trade in a way that you’re able to achieve them.
i never trade on daily basis , i trade only when can predict the market with certainly
