Iran is officially recognizing bitcoin mining as an industry it will regulate and for which it will set electricity rates.
They plan on launching their own crypto, backed by gold, to circumnavigate sanctions.
In Iran, and in many other Muslim countries…Bitcoin is ‘haram’.
This actually looks promising
If it is considered Haraam, why is Iran welcoming it?
If China banned Bitcoin crypto trading among it’s citizens, why are they looking into launching their own gold backed crypto for international trade?
Oh why is the world so full of hypocrisy?
One rule for them, another rule for us, etc etc etc.
Wouldn’t it be nice if we could decentralize governments as well and ban politics altogether?
But I guess those problems come from human nature and would start emerging elsewhere…
Let’s just navigate all the tricks and hypocrisy, it is probably easier
