You will always have two sides of the story and depends on which part of the story you are. If you have faced any problems the first thing you will be think is that all the rumors are true but once the problem is solved then you will see that nothing is truth. With anyone broker you are trading with you should always check their regulators, if they are regulated then there is nothing you should afraid of.

I started trading not long ago and I have tried to make withdrawals a few times with ironfx and I have not had an issue. I dont withdraw a lot but I get my money. I read a lot of things about withdrawal issue but for me, everything has been good so far.
Post proof or you’re one of those trolls hired for $5/hr to specifically target these negative comments about IronFx and dismiss other’s claims.

We only just scratched the surface to be honest. I wonder how proactive Bp admins will be. Ironfx isn’t an advertiser here (…not yet) so there’s still hope!
The catch was that I caught one of ironfx’s staff posting complimentary posts about them under a false identity
I have been trading with IronFX for a year now. I did a withdrawal request late last Monday, 24rth August 2015.
As of this evening, 27th August 2015, it’s technically the 3rd business day. I got the following message which my account manager forwarded to me.
"Thank you very much for your inquiry!
Currently we are processing all withdrawal requests with a queuing system.
The reason of the delay with processing your request is because we identified a group of traders who are misused our promotions and acted against our T&C.
Because of this breach we started an investigation on all our clients accounts prior of processing any request. Your withdrawal request though is expected to be processed in due course.
From our side we will do our best to speed up the process.
Thank you for your patience and understanding.
Best regards,”
The above doesn’t look very promising. I haven’t accepted any bonuses for my account.
The withdrawal amount is roughly 1000$ to my credit card, the same way I have deposited the sum.
At this point, I can only wait for 5-10 business days, i suppose 
I know, all of you are eager to know the outcome of every case. I will keep you all posted.
As of today, 1st September 2015, it’s technically the 6th business day. They keep telling me, it takes upto 10 business days
I am slowly loosing hope. Looks like a ponzi pyramid scheme, where they are either waiting for new client money to pay old client’s money (OR) they are short of cash altogether and delaying bankruptcy.
I think, something really went wrong here. In the past, I have even withdrawn upto 5000$ at one go.

It is just even reported by FPA to be a scam, by what reason people decide to trade with such brokers, by chance or what, just go and trade without reading any feedback, reviews? As I mentioned, when I started trading with them in May 2014, they were not bad. But, now it seems they are very close to bankruptcy
fxjockey, I really feel for you, but the best recommendation here is to regularly track your broker’s news considering all the channels in order to withdraw your money at the right moment. Anyhow be careful in future… Are you going to change the broker and start over or just give up on that business?

“It seems that at present the best course of action for customers who have their withdrawals pending is to pay a €20 euros fee and file a formal complaint with the Cypriot Financial Ombudsman which is supposed to speed up the review of their account. Since those clients of IronFX who have filed a formal complaint with the regulator are getting in front of the queue, those who haven’t could have to wait for an extended period of time.”

Who knows when their broker turned into scam and stop paying traders, it is good to keep a proper check on your broker by making regular withdrawals from them and checking their reviews as well on general reviews sites like forex peace army etc…
IronFX has been rocked by scandals for a long time now. I wouldn’t trust them at all and I wouldn’t invest in them. Even the Ukranian regulator doesn’t want them anymore, they expelled their local branch recently. Apparently they haven’t been paying their fees.

I think your best option is keep contacting by email and phone your account manager, also write to the FCA
