I am making money with one Expert Advisor, but it is not a robot, it just draws lines and different objects on a chart. It is not a lot money, but I am trading only with 0.01 just for beginning and testing, but I am planning to move on to higher lot sizes.

I really enjoy it because at the same time I am not only receiving where it is better to buy or sell, but also the reason why - so I am learning too at the same time:)

Can youn tell me what you are using so I can try it too?

Yes, sure Michael. I am using Support and Resistance Expert Advisor from investija guys. Besides that, I really get good support from them with advices from actual traders.

I am sorry I have payed for that Expert Advisor, it is a monthly subscription, I don’t want to give it two other people because I might get blocked and not be able to use it anymore…

Honestly I do recommend to try it, as it helped me a lot!! Made some really profitable trades recently:)

Anyway yeah I’ve been reading this thread to look for a good EA but most of the comments seem to be quite cynical but I believe that there are good EAs out there but people end up feeling negative about them because perhaps they’ve grown too dependent on it, it’s probably not a good thing to just solely rely on an EA for profit instead you just have to treat it as a tool that assists you just like other trading tools in your arsenal, and as such don’t rely on just one tool to get the job done, you got to use others as well.

Yeah, I totally agree with you. It is impossible to depend only on one tool or one method, sometimes one method is better to use, sometimes another one. But I use this Investija Forex Expert Advisor to get clearer picture of the forex market, and it helps me. But I am using also my knowledge of support/resistance levels too. I do not go into opening positions with closed eyes:)

Is any1 actually making REAL SOLID profits using an EA or in particular a signal software? If u are please do tell. I have been searching high and low for a successfull one. All i have used so far i realise is just profitable for a couple of weeks, after that they either dive into losses or just break even.

i am using more than 10 EA now, all are positive digit. all hv good tester record, using ea must culculate the risk u prefer, 2% per stop loss? ur winning percentage? and how ur ea work. if we simply use it, will effect by our mental cause we do not know how it work and not sure our ea is in normal condition or abnormal.

altought is auto, but most important is calculate the risk prefer when u trade and what method the robot using. hedging? ma?

I have been looking for automated EAs for years and it sucks man, bumping into all those robot scams like i*ybot and many more…

But I have to say I’m very lucky though, knowing a friend in Singapore and he introduced me a ‘real’ EA that makes me consistent profits every month. Although the returns are not like those fapturbo, megadriod etc claimed (anyway they do not work in the long term), but I’m very happy because I finally found an EA that works in the long term. To be exact, [B]it made me around 62% ROI in 2008 and 66% in 2009[/B]. Expecting around the same for 2010! I couldn’t asked for more because I have experienced losses with all the EAs I bought.

Anyway, the EA is called fx-kits and developed by a offline company located in Singapore. Heard that they existed even before FAPTURBO and ALL of the people who uses this EA are making money. Well, I do not know how true it is but it’s certainly making real money for me every month!

My friend is in close contact with the company and heard that they are going to launch it in the internet for the first time. They are already giving out DEMO accounts now already.

I know their website for the DEMO accounts but I think I’m not able to list it out here right?

So the conclusion is: [B]YES![/B] There are lots of scams on the internet, but it depends on whether you have the [B]LUCK[/B] to find one that really works

Yeah true that’s definitely a sound strategy and I do much of my trades the same way.

As for EAs, I’m not using one at the moment but I was previously using FX MegaDroid with positive results then I decided to get a refund and try others so now I’m in the market for an EA or a good (not necessarily perfect) signal provider.

Hello peeps!

I have been usin a EA from a company called the forex police. I have tried many ea’s with little or no success. but this one is very good. one of the things i hated about robots was that they won lots of trades and lost few but the risk they offered was crazy! i bought fapturbo over a year ago and at times it was risking 400 to win 20! Of course it will win may with that type of ratio but two losses on the bounce and i had to win 40 straight trades just to get my money back!!! Bloody hate fapturbo! :mad:

anyway, the forex police one does the exact opposite… it wins few and losses many. i know this sounds strange but just last week it lost 10 trades in a row and 30 pips each. it won 1 trade at 697 pips followed by a win of 174 pips. 2 wins and 10 losses and a profit of 550 plus pips! It does this all the time!

i don’t value strategy tests myself but i have seen it live with real money. its emmence. Its strategy test produces 20,000 pips since january 2007. seriously.

you should try this thing out people… no sh*t! last time i checked they had a month free trial. cant post the website for obvious reasons but you should check it.

I would post the ea here for you to try but i got into trouble with babypips on another post for this so i best not.

I’ve tried also different methods and Expert Advisors, but so far I am still on Investija Expert Advisor. The great thing I like is that real traders help me and answer my questions with advices for me, so it is not a robotic thing.
