I haven’t used it, and wouldn’t.
It’s a Russian-owned company that re-registered in Cyprus years ago.
They pay people to write good reviews of them (so do loads of other brokers). People recommending them in forums tend to be “brand new members”. 
The Cyprus branch doesn’t have the greatest reputation for either customer service or ease of withdrawals. I’ve known two people who used it and both left over customer service issues. I don’t think they were “scammed”, though. Cyprus is famous for soft regulation and that’s why so many of these companies register there. There’s very little regulatory supervision compared with other European countries.
There’s also a UK branch of Exness, but that’s regulated by the FCA. I think it really can’t possibly be a scam because it has the world’s toughest and most customer friendly regulator breathing down its neck.
