An OTC market is a decentralized market where non-listed securities are traded by the market participants. There is no centralized place to make the trade. Traders in fragmented markets can observe all quotes without any costs.
In my opinion, this is a good modern trading terminal, so it can really be considered a universal solution.

MT5 is an amazing platform but a lot of traders still prefer using MT4. it is convenient for them to use it and has good features.
