Is pepperstone verified ECN BROKER

Hi, i am trying to find out if Pepperstone is a verfied ECN BROKER.

i have read that it possibly is, but i am looking for an STP + ENC broker that isnt market making,
I also am a little confused as to which is best STP or STP + ECN

i understand that STP +ECN should really allow you to trade directly with the interbank market.with no dealing desk, and also against other traders.

Is it better to have STP + ENC or just STP, i mean what difference does it make the ECN part.?

Let me put it clearly, i have absolutely no PERSONAL experience with Pepperstone, i don’t even plan as per now. However, i will be fair, they have somewhat decent reputation with many people suggesting it. But, as i said i haven’t tried them or look much into it, so i too will be looking forward to hear from people working with them.
