Is there are any webbased expert creaters?

Hello

I hope that my question is in the right place. I am new to forex. I like to build my own trading strategy. But I like to build it very simple and without depending on technical analysis. Just the right entry point and then some calculation the system has to follow. Example if I buy the gbpusd for 1.3244 I like to tell the system it have to open another trade if the market go up 60 pips, but if it goes down it have open a different trade, and so on.
Yes, I know that is not how this market is working, but you know as a beginner I like to explore all the possibilities, and as long as it is a demo account so why not?
Well, but the problem is that I like to develop an expert that will do this for me automated. And since I am not familiar with programming I tryed to earch for tools on the web that can let me do this with minimal technical complicity. I found such tools, but the problem with them they expect that I will use the technical analysis and that I am an experience trader that like to put his ideas into a system. Not like what I want just some entry point and build on it.
So do you think I can find such a tool?
A tool that will let me put some simple ideas and make it an expert that I can use in mt4.
And of course that I can backtest.

Thanks in advance.

Then learn chart analysis (price action trading) and support/resistant. It’s useful.

Thanks for your answer. And yes, that is what I will end with doing. Learning the right way working in the market. But still I hope some one will advice me to any tool if it is available where I can put my idea into an expert that I can use in my mt4 so I can explore all the ideas I have in mind. And now I am playing with the idea of making simple analysis of a specific fx instrument and try to calculate the highest and lowest points it has reached and develop a simple calculation out of it. But I like to make that an expert so I can be able to make it automated, and also so I can back test the idea in historical data to see how good or bad it is.

As I see, there is nothing like magical tool without trading chart; by the way, I use EMA20 on my trading chart.

luckily I found this problem, I will remember it for the future.
