Do you have a strategy to backtest with?
You can do back testing on most broker software and also software such as MT4 and MT5. Best thing to do is check out your brokers ‘help’ section or just ping them a contact message and ask.

There are lots of trading journals here that you can use for inspiration, but also, there’s a dedicated chapter (??) on the school for this. 
So maybe you can check it out?
