There are a bunch of materials for free on the web. Read through them and don’t be afraid to ask question. After all, the only stupid questions are those that are unasked:)

some webinars and tutorials are not really meant to teach, but more to sell some marketing stuff.
I’d suggest to go over articles, books first before you view these ‘tutorials’. you really need to sift through them (with acquired experience)
