Good idea re posting videos here, normally I have music playing in the background and none of the videos gets saved because of copyright

I trade mostly forex all pairs majors / minors / exotics and Skandis
I also trade indices and sometimes gold and oil
More of a swing type trader but I do some scalping that will be during data releases
I do focus on fundamentals and macros as well and not just tech
Generally (if I’m not working) I’ll be on for the London session and the start of the NY session

Total profit £34,747, just over a 1/3 of the challenge completed.

A tough week
That was a tough week, haven’t had one in a long time,
A lot of the days was purely trying to cover losses which to some extent was successful
FED day was great turned a 1k loss in the a 2k gain
Only to lose 3.8k on Thursday which was I fought back to 2.5k loss
And Friday started with 1700 loss and recovered to -300
So all in all -2.5k for the week
