Looking for Broker with specific criteria

Ok, I know people are going to lecture but if anyone knows of a broker that meets these criteria and is kind enough to share that info with me, it would be much appreciated. (Forex or Spread Betting)

1. Large Leverage (i.e. 500:1 or close) (I understand leverage and know what I am doing). Leverage avail on small and larger transactions.
2. Tight spread EURGBP. Max 2 pips as standard but tighter if pos.
3. No commision
4. Scalping / Pip Hunting any definition of these activities allowed.
5. Any deposit bonus would be a tie breaker.

Any info much appreciated.

Well, you better look for a non-US broker because they are all capped at 100:1 max leverage.
