If you’re looking for a broker in Malaysia, maybe you can check out the reviews here. But it looks like IG and Forex.com are the best with their overall performance according to the article. 
Not sure about Malaysia specific brokers but you can always look for the ones that accept residents from all around the world. This will open you up to various options as well. I trade with IG, Saxo bank, Fxview and I like their trading conditions. You can check with different brokers if they’re willing to accept and review your application. Good luck.
